As recent events have made clear, we cannot blindly trust the FDA to keep us safe from dangerous drugs. That's why House Democrats are proposing a package of bills to hold the drug industry accountable when it puts dangerous drugs on the market. We need to hold big prescription drug companies accountable and end their free ride in our state.
