Koleszar sworn in as representative for 20th House District

LANSING — State Rep. Matt Koleszar (D-Plymouth) was sworn in officially today as representative for the 20th House District for the 2019-2020 legislative session. The swearing-in ceremony marked the formal opening of Michigan’s 100th Legislature. In response, Rep. Koleszar issued the following statement:

“Over the past eight years, too many families throughout our state have been left behind by policies that support profits over people. Now we have an opportunity to change that. I’m ready to fight for our communities at the state Capitol to ensure our classrooms are funded, our roads are fixed, and our water is clean so that Michigan families can thrive.”
